TrailSkin Trench Foot Cream
TrailSkin Trench Foot Cream has been created to reduce the onset of foot maceration (Trench Foot) and blisters by forming a waterproof barrier for your feet.
Directions for use:
Apply at the start of your event and as required, covering the sole of feet and toes after cleaning and drying feet.
TOP TIPS:
1)Apply night before race and reapply in the morning. Can be combined with TrailSkin Revival foot balm the night before for best results.
2)If you tape your feet (KT or Zinc Oxide Tape), apply tape before TrailSkin Trench Foot Cream
3)Best to use from the start of the race, as once problems start it's not easy to reverse the damage
4)Apply repeatedly and regularly- TrailSkin Trench Foot Cream takes a few minutes to apply, maceration (Trench Foot) will significantly reduce your speed. TrailSkin Trench Foot Cream should last between 4 and 8 hours depending upon conditions.
5)If you use waterproof socks still apply, due to sweat and water getting in over the tops.
6)Use in hot weather, Maceration (Trench Foot) is as much a problem as in winter wet conditions.

Combine with TrailSkin REVIVAL Foot Balm
TrailSkin Trench Foot Cream can be combined with TrailSkin REVIVAL Foot Balm:
Apply TrailSkin Trench Foot Cream to the feet and apply Revival Foot Balm once Trench foot cream has been applied and rubbed in. Apply this combination the night before the event and the morning of the event.
Warning - open blisters: As TrailSkin REVIVAL Foot Balm contains Essential oils we do not recommend applying TrailSkin REVIVAL Foot Balm to feet that have open blisters, open wounds or cuts. Instead use TrailSkin TRENCH Foot Cream or TrailSkin Anti-Chafe SALVE.
Storage
Best stored at room temperature. Keep out of direct sunlight.
Oil separation and irregular finish is natural.
TrailSkin hardens in colder temps and becomes liquid in hot temps.
May stain some fabrics.
